Holly Vaughn is a local metalsmith working primarily in sterling silver. She likes to incorporate unique and unusual stones, locally collected beach, sand and shells in her jewelry.
“I’ve lived at or near a beach, my whole life. Growing up on the Jersey shore, I loved the beach and all of its treasures (sand, sea glass, shells, pebbles, and driftwood) from an early age. As a result, I have collections of these treasures from different beaches around the world that I love to look at for inspiration and use my creations. I have been creating things my whole life. So it was only natural that I studied art in college and graduated with the degree in graphic design. I have followed a creative path ever since.”
Holly has blended her background in graphic design with her love for natural things to design jewelry that she hope gives you as much joy to wear as it does her to create.
